Watch Paul Rabil do some amazing lacrosse trick shots with Dude Perfect

In March, lacrosse star Paul Rabil put a pretty cool trick on video when he completed a pass across Baltimore Harbor. That may or may not have been what got the attention of Dude Perfect, but the team of trick-shot artists released a video Monday that employed Rabil’s talents to tremendous effect.

On a football field, the Gaithersburg native, who starred at DeMatha High and Johns Hopkins, hurls a ball from behind one goalpost through the other, 120 yards away. From high up in the stadium’s bleachers, Rabil tosses one into a trash can placed at midfield. He also completes a pass from inside the stadium to a dude in the parking lot.

Other easier, but visually fun, stunts include destroying a watermelon, jug of milk and bag of Skittles from close range. Rabil takes his talents to a nearby pond to skip a shot across water and destroy a small target. Check it out:

The entire video does serve as an ad for a smartphone, and other annoyances include the soundtrack and the camera-hogging bearded guy who seems like the leader of the Dude Perfect crew. Still, there’s a lot to enjoy in the video, even if you’re not a major (or Major League) lacrosse fan.
