Job Description:
Continued development and operation of the ServiceNow Scoped Applications (Procurement PDF Generation and the ServiceNow DCAT ITSM Ticketing application). Works with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Outlines steps required for program development, including diagrams and charts. Writes program documentation and operations guidelines. Provides technical guidance to lower-level analyst/programmers. Requires comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow programming techniques, networked and centralized operating systems, and the capabilities of enterprise database products and development suites. May team with external consultants in the development of unique applications that meet employer's requirements. Requires detailed and comprehensive knowledge of employer's applications and systems. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Requires proficiency in programming languages including ServiceNow. May lead and direct others.

Perform activities in support of application services, including web-based applications, client-server applications, mobile based applications, and interface applications for workflow processing, extraction, manipulation, and transfer of data from system to system. Some applications and processes (i.e. OPCS, SmartPay 3 data transmission) will be decommissioned and phased out while an alternative system is deployed. Be prepared to assist the Department and all bureaus. Responsible for notification and communication to all affected customers in a timely manner. The Contractor shall perform the following services: Continual Software Systems Support and Management, Application monitoring and maintenance, Application problem analysis and resolution, Application code or configuration changes when indicated, Application administration support, Application end user support, and user training.

Troubleshooting and interfacing with users to resolve issues, reset passwords, add users to systems, remove users from systems and other IT support related activities. Decommissioning tasks will include but will not be limited to: assisting with data migration out of legacy and into a federal shared system, archiving data, deleting data per NARA guidelines, and configuring applications to run in restricted mode. Migration assistance and quality assurance support when an application is decommissioned. Provide support service to AMT customers who contact AMT or OPCS help desk, including the initial phone and email responses to inquiries and issues. The support staff must be able to become sufficiently knowledgeable of the customer system's functionality during the transition period to be able to provide uninterrupted customer service within acceptable parameters of the performance measures. Record, report, and track customer inquiries, user assistance requests, and system problems and malfunctions in the ServiceNow Ticketing system or other issue tracking system provided by Client. Provide courteous service and accurately and efficiently log in all incoming calls and email service requests. Make every effort to resolve or answer the customers' questions while the caller is on the telephone and/or notify the user of the expected completion time. Assist with developing and conducting, workshops, seminars, webinars and training sessions to meet customer's user training needs to include live in-person classes and workshops, online "on demand" training and teleconference sessions using web conferencing tools and telephone bridges.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in a related area (or equivalent), 4 to 6 years of related experience. Must be a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
